E1GOKART created the Polish Champions Cup – an event that attracted top players from all over Europe. New edition - October 6, 2024

On 8 October 2023, the second edition of the E1GOKART Polish Champions Cup (PCC) event took place at the Chorzów track. It was a day full of excitement, adrenaline and sporting rivalry at the highest level. To keep the playing field level, we changed the track configuration specifically for this event! The competition was preceded by an all-day training session (7 October), allowing the participants to adapt to the new layout and track conditions.

The competitors began the competition with 18 intense qualifying races. The top 45 drivers then competed at the semi-final stage. The final top 15 drivers then went on to compete in the super qualifications and the final race. Every corner and straight formed a great test of their skills and determination to win. The PCC competition formula involves collecting points for each stage of the championship. In addition to a dose of adrenaline, attractive prizes awaited the competitors from a €6,000 pool. Anyone who did not make it to the track were able to follow the competition thanks to an online broadcast carried out by a TV crew with a transmission vehicle, 8 camera operators and commentary by the SimRacing competitors.

The most successful PCC 2023 racer was Mateusz Matys – scoring 103 points and winning the €2000 prize for first place. Second place was won by Tomasz Walas, scoring 92 points and winning a prize of €1500. Third place was won by Wiktor Wota, scoring 91 points and winning a prize of €1000. Just behind the podium, with a score of 89 points, was Christian Douven, who was awarded a prize of €500. This year we introduced the U18 category, for competitors under 18 years of age. The winner of the U18 category was the talented Franek Dobke. The prize in the junior classification was free entry to the PCC 2024 competition.

Additional prizes were awarded for:

  • Fastest lap in the qualifying races – Christian Douven – €50 prize.
  • Fastest lap in the final races – Wiktor Wota – €50 prize.
  • First places in the qualifying races – Krystian Kopacki, Adrián Janecskó, Kuba Piechulski, Ruben Boutens, Tomek Bernardowski, Wiktor Wota, Franek Dobke, Mateusz Matys, Christian Douven, Filip Nowak, Szczepan Pudlik, Oskar Ekiert, Vica Schledz, Konrad Bielak, Tomasz Walas, Marcin Gajowczyk, Daniel Gajowczyk, Marcin Leszczyński – with a €50 prize for the winner of each qualifying race.
